Thanksgiving Bags to support CSUCI Dolphin Pantry. Camarillo Christian Church

100 Bags. One Generous Church. Let’s Share Thanksgiving!

Help us reach our goal of 100 bags of groceries for the Dolphin Pantry at Cal State University Channel Islands! Together, we can help stock the pantry and bless students who can’t go home this Thanksgiving.

Stop by the Info Hub, pick up a brown grocery bag, and fill it with nonperishable Thanksgiving staples, such as:

  • Canned vegetables and cranberry sauce

  • Stuffing mix, boxed mashed potatoes, and gravy

  • Corn muffin mix and mac and cheese

  • Rice, beans, and soup

  • Apple juice

Please return your filled bags to the church office by November 10.

Bags are limited and available on a first-come basis. If they run out, you can still participate by filling your own grocery bag!

Every bag is a practical way to share God’s love. Let’s reach 100 together!

DOLPHIN BASIC NEEDS CSUCI PANTRY

CSUCI Basic Needs Pantry

The Basic Needs Program at CSUCI offers emergency food and toiletries, connects students to critical on and off-campus resources, and provides educational opportunities for students to take personal responsibility for their wellness and the well-being of their communities.

This is an ongoing opportunity to serve August-May. You can drop of items on the 3rd Sunday of each month at the church and a team will deliver them to CSUCI the following Thursday.

Ninos de Baja, El Porvenier, Mexico

This is a great opportunity to serve compassionately in Mexico, with our mission partner “Ninos de Baja”

Niños de Baja is a Christ-centered orphanage situated in El Porvenir, Mexico. Who’s primary focus is on providing comprehensive care to children who have endured the devastating effects of abuse, abandonment, and neglect by their families. We are deeply committed to meeting the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of these vulnerable children.
